A newly opened, seven-room boutique property for anyone looking for a guesthouse in İncek — neither a student dormitory nor a crowded hotel.
In İncek, the word "guesthouse" covers very different things — from monthly student rentals with shared bathrooms to properties that present themselves as hotels without offering hotel service. Lotus İncek sits between the two.
We have seven rooms. That number is deliberate: it is the scale at which every room and every guest can be followed individually. Each room has its own bathroom and is gone over before a guest arrives.
All rooms include VRF air conditioning, a smart TV, hair dryer, mini fridge, wardrobe, unlimited Wi-Fi and a kettle with tea and coffee — as standard, with no upcharge, in all seven rooms.
Parking is free. Pets are welcome with no restrictions. Reception is open 24/7.
We are in Kızılcaşar, about 6 minutes from Atılım University, 5 from Ufuk University and 5 from LOSANTE Children's Hospital.
